Shipping

1. Shipping
For most orders, a flat rate of $11.99 is available. Your order will be shipped using Australia Post parcel service or a courier service within 1-2 business days. For estimated delivery times, please visit Australia Post website.

2. Click and Collect
Orders can also be picked up from our store in Bayswater. You can select the click and collect option at the checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Typically, orders can be collected Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm.

Please Note some products will be unavailable for postage and will only be available via Click & Collect.

3. Other Shipping Information
If nobody is home when Australia Post attempts to deliver your package and assuming it does not fit in the letter box, then Australia Post will leave a card giving details on how to pick the delivery up from the local post office.
