The Wasgij puzzle is a unique and engaging jigsaw puzzle where you need to use your imagination to get to the Wasgij solution. When it comes to the jigsaw puzzles, Wasgij has a slightly different set of rules. The name itself, Wasgij, is jigsaw spelt backwards, hinting at the nature of these puzzles. Instead of following the traditional method of asking the users to piece together the same image printed on the box, Wasgij challenges you to use your imagination.
There are six concepts in this puzzle which are different from each other, however, they have a common theme. Each one is challenging, entertaining and amusing with pictorial humour scattered throughout the puzzle. Wasgij original has been everyone’s favourite for many years because of the genuine surprise element. Building a puzzle is more thrilling when you have to keep guessing until the final piece is in place and that is the primary approach of this puzzle.
The Wasgij jigsaw range includes four distinct concepts: Original, Destiny, Mystery, and Christmas. Each challenges you by deviating from the box image.
1. The Original: It requires imagination to see through a character's perspective. Imagine yourself in the picture and looking in a different direction.
2. Destiny: The puzzle box image shows a scene from one point in past; your task is to imagine what the same scene could look like in the future.
3. Mystery: It predicts the next few minutes in the depicted scenario. These are relatively easier as much of the outside remains the same.
4. Christmas: This mirrors the Original concept. Wasgij Christmas invites puzzlers to piece together what captures the attention of the characters in the scene.

6. Back to…? Prompting a journey through time to reconstruct scenes from bygone eras.
