1. Free Shipping

If your order exceeds $150 then you will have the option of selecting free shipping when checking out your order. For orders of a lower value, a flat rate of $5.95 is available. Your order will be shipped using Australia Post parcel service within 24 hours of us receiving your order. If we receive your order by 3pm Australian Eastern Standard Time then your order will be shipped the same day. Typical delivery time is 1-2 days within Melbourne, 2-3 days to other capital cities, and 3-5 days to country locations. See www.auspost.com.au for more details of Australian Post shipping times.

2. Regular Post

Shipping is via Australia Post. The shipping cost will be calculated and added to your order total at the checkout stage. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving the order.

3. Express Post

Shipping via Australia Post express post, which guarantees next day delivery to capital cities and some other locations. See www.auspost.com.au if you are unsure whether you are in the express post delivery guarantee network. If outside the network, Australia Post guarantees your order will be delivered using the fasted possible delivery method. We will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

4. Click and Collect

Orders can also be picked up from our warehouse in Bayswater. This option can also be selected at checkout. Once the order is ready to collect we will contact you to let you know it is ready and provide the address. Typically orders can be collected Mon-Fri between 9am-4pm.

5. Other Shipping Information

If nobody is home when Australia Post attempts to deliver your package and assuming it does not fit in the letter box, then Australia Post will leave a card giving details on how to pick the delivery up from the local post office.
